Wisdom Fist Mudra

Mudra and health

Wisdom Fist Mudra is Growth Wisdom Mudra
Make fists with both hands to form the Wisdom Fist Mudra, with your thumbs resting on your middle fingers. This is the key to the Wisdom Fist Mudra. From a medical perspective:
1. The thumb represents the lungs, and the middle finger represents the heart; it is the fusion of the lung meridian and the heart meridian.
2. When the hands are clasped together, the fingers connect, which can regulate the three Yin meridians, specifically the upper three Yin meridians: the Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin, the Heart Meridian of Hand-Shaoyin, and the Heart Meridian of Hand-Jueyin. Therefore, it can regulate the heart and lungs.
3. It can regulate the hidden energy in the human body, bringing about a clean and harmonious balance. When the four elements of "earth, water, fire, and wind" in the human body are in harmony, people are less likely to become irritable.
4. When you make the Wisdom Fist Mudra, your hands will get warm. When you shake hands with someone, they will feel that your hands are particularly warm.
5. The Wisdom Fist Mudra is specifically designed to address the issue of a cold upper body. Some people experience a particularly cold lower body due to body imbalance; performing the Wisdom Fist Mudra and the Amitabha Mudra can help balance the body.
6. The Wisdom Fist Mudra can alleviate lung and heart conditions. The Amitabha Mudra can improve microcirculation disorders in the heart, brain, and upper body—something the Wisdom Fist Mudra cannot do because the 64 acupoints on the hand are not connected. The Wisdom Fist Mudra can open wisdom, calm the mind, and encourage thoughtful consideration before speaking and acting.
